The Radiosurgery Society® (RSS) Mentorship and Career Pathways Program brings together experts (mentors) who provide guidance and career development to residents, fellows and trainees (mentees) who are navigating residency and career options in the fields of SRS/SBRT and advancing therapies. This unique program not only provides optimal matching of mentors/mentees but provides numerous resources to cultivate that connection. This is a virtual program connecting residents/trainees and faculty based on their responses from our online application.

The Mentorship and Career Pathways Program is geared toward residents and trainees as well as attending physicians and seasoned medical physicists with an interest/specialty in:
