How To Access the "Bring a Friend" Discount for 2025 RSS Scientific Meeting (Expires 2/14/25)

When completing your RSS Member registration for the 2025 RSS Scientific Meeting, please provide the first name, last name and email address for the non-member friend you'd like to refer in the "Friend Discount" section and we'll email them a discount code to receive the member rate if/when they register for the 2025 meeting.

If you've already registered as an RSS Member, please log back into your registration and provide the first name, last name and email address of the non-member friend you'd like to refer in the "Friend Discount" section so they can receive the email with a discount code to access the member rate if/when they register for the 2025 Meeting.

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility
The discount code is available exclusively to current RSS Professional Physician, Professional Non-Physician, Associate and Emeritus Members in good standing, who are registered for the full 2025 RSS Scientific Meeting. Eligible RSS members may refer one colleague who has not previously attended an RSS Scientific Meeting to register for the full 2025 RSS Scientific Meeting at the RSS member rate.

Usage Limitations
The discount code may be valid for one-time use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Expiration Date
The discount code has an expiration date of 11:59 PM ET on February 14, 2025, after which no longer will be valid.

Discount Amount
The Discount Code will provide registration fee at the RSS Member Rate. Resident & Member-In-Training Registration and Government Rates are not eligible.

Non-Combining Offers
The Discount Code may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers.

Refund Policy
If a registration is canceled, the discount may not be applied to future registrations or may be forfeited.

Event Attendance
The discount may only apply to attendees who register for the full event and may not be valid for single-day registrations or workshops.

Verification
The RSS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the user applying for the discount code.

Changes to Terms
The RSS reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the discount code at any time without prior notice.
