Membership Eligibility & Fees

Professional membership in the Radiosurgery Society® is available to healthcare professionals affiliated with a stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) or stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) center and are actively treating patients. Candidates shall be physicians, non-physician health care professionals (e.g., Radiation Therapists, Nurses) or scientists in good standing.

Associate membership in the Radiosurgery Society is available to non-academics who have an educational or technical interest in advancing the field of SRS/SBRT.

Membership is contingent upon confirmation of eligibility. Applicants will be notified of confirmation of membership within 10 business days of submitting an online application.

Dues of the Radiosurgery Society are set annually by the Board of Directors.

 - General Surgeons
 - Neurosurgeons
 - Radiation Oncologists
 - Thoracic Surgeons
 - Urologists

Candidates must have earned a degree that reflects medical training.

Candidates must be principally employed in a clinical environment such as a hospital, academic/research institution or free-standing health care facility.

Eligible to serve on committees.

Have full voting privileges.

 - Dosimetrists
 - Nurses

 - Research Scientists

Candidates shall have earned a degree that reflects additional training (e.g. PhD, EngScD, RT, CMD, RN, etc.)

Candidates must be principally employed in a clinical environment such as a hospital or, academic/research institution or free-standing health care facility.

Eligible to serve on committees.

Have full voting privileges.

Candidates will be asked to provide a letter of support from department chair (or equivalent) which includes anticipated graduation/completion date.
