We are so excited to see you in person!

We are just a week away from the 2022 RSS Scientific Meeting, and we hope you are gearing up for a memorable event. To help you get ready, below is a checklist for packing and important preparations.

To Pack


  • Pack business casual attire and comfortable shoes for walking around the Omni La Costa property. 

  • Don’t forget your favorite Superhero costume or T-shirt for the Justice League Reception
    • Friday, March 4, 2022, from 5:00 – 6:30 pm, in the Exhibit Hall, located in Costa de la Luna Ballroom

  • Pack enough masks (N95, KN95 or surgical masks) to last throughout the meeting.
    • We are aware that the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) recently changed its policy and is no longer requiring masks in most indoor public spaces if you’re vaccinated; however, the RSS policy remains in effect and requires all attendees and exhibitors to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth throughout the RSS meeting venue, except while eating and presenting.
    • All meeting attendees signed the Personal Accountability Commitment and are expected to abide by the RSS policy.
